Clinical & Health Psychologist

It was while completing my doctorate at the University of Ottawa that I had the opportunity to take my first steps in the approach. I then seized the opportunity to join the Ottawa Couple and Family Institute, where I was able to deepen and hone my skills as a clinician. With a holistic view on health and parenthood, relationships are placed at the heart of my clinical understanding and interventions, considering that each person evolves and transforms through their bonds with others. It is from this same principle that I build an inclusive and safe supervisory climate to welcome therapists, in French and English, wishing to deepen their skills in EFT. Since 2020, I have also collaborated with the universities of Ottawa and Montreal to give back to the students’ community. As a supervisor, my style is colored by my tuning and my sensitivity to accompany therapists in their growth areas and invite them to cultivate care and compassion in their relationship with themselves. I’m grateful that my career path has enabled me not only to adopt an approach in line with my worldviews and view of parenthood, but also to enrich my circle of relationships by discovering talented, authentic and inspiring people who I carry with me through the new paths I embrace. In a spirit of collaboration and the desire to increase the accessibility of EFT to therapists in minority language settings, I have been involved as a co-founder of EFT Quebec, a bilingual community affiliated with ICEEFT, as well as through training initiatives including the EFT and Me webinar series. Driven by my lifelong passions for learning and sharing knowledge, I have found in my roles as leadership of a bilingual community affiliated to ICEEFT and clinical supervision a niche where I can continue to renew myself and put my interest in entrepreneurship to good use.
